OUR GASTRONOMIC PHILOSOPHY
Four friends from the center of Italy opened the Maccheroni&CO in 2002. Since then the restaurant has proposed to pay daily attention to the authentic and traditional Italian cuisine. We offer dishes in which simplicity prevails, dishes that respect the classic Italian technique and in which the ingredients play the leading role. The fresh house-made pasta and the sourdough pizza made in wood oven are the stronger points of our menu.
